Hi Gang!

Just a note to mention that Tracy Pressley did an outstanding job of pulling this year's conference together!  She has provided some unique ways to get credit for the conference and worked a lot of hours to make this experience exceptional- keeping all areas of the state and all levels of counseling in mind.  There was a great deal of variety and many new offerings from which to choose.  Even Saturday had choices!

Eric Kelly provided some good leadership as the President of AkSCA. He was extremely involved and supportive.  His commitment was quite obvious to all of those who worked with him.  The AkSCA Executive Board is a delightful group of people who are willing to put in the time and energy needed to pull off a major conference.  Working for these people is an absolute joy.

If you made it to the conference, you know what I'm talking about- even the breakfasts were good!  If you didn't, you owe it to yourself to make an effort to join AkSCA at next year's gathering.  In the meantime, if you can rescue just one starfish, you'll be making a difference!
